Halfway Through 2026
2026 just flew by so fast, and now we’re about to close out May — almost half of the year already gone. Time moves strangely these days. Despite all the global noise and local political shenanigans happening around us, I remain genuinely grateful that none of it has directly affected me personally or our enterprise in any major way.
Of course, it hasn’t been completely smooth sailing. We encountered a few hiccups along the way, especially when it came to funding and internal challenges. There were moments of uncertainty, delays, and things moving slower than expected. But even through all of that, one thing remained constant: support kept showing up.
Collaborations came from left and right. People continuously reached out, offering their time, trust, and belief in what we do. It’s humbling to witness how many individuals and communities resonate with the meaningful impact we’re trying to create and how eager they are to help improve and strengthen the work even further.
Slowly but surely, we’ve been sorting through internal issues, refining processes, and realigning priorities. And interestingly enough, things that had been pending for so long suddenly started moving again. Decisions got expedited. Conversations became easier. Opportunities flowed more naturally. It honestly feels like some invisible blockage was finally removed.
There’s still a long road ahead, but this season reminds me that progress doesn’t always happen loudly. Sometimes, it arrives quietly — through restored momentum, aligned people, and doors opening at the right time.
As we head into the second half of 2026, I carry nothing but gratitude, renewed clarity, and excitement for what’s next.
