Happy Birthday, Little Prince! 😉

"Little Prince is one of my favourite books. I'm  too giddy happy that it is the theme of my planner this year! 😉" 

Lately, my spiritual journey's progress was truly astounding! I was able to maintain consistency in practicing it which resulted to these unexplainable feeling of higher level of energy, calmness and more importantly,   inner peace. I usually combine several practices like Meditation & Ho'oponopono either in the morning, middle of the day or before I sleep. Few weeks back, I finally tried Reiki that was facilititated by my business partner. I was in awe after the session coz I felt really lighter and way too relax. At the same time, I find time to nourish myself doses of wisdom by reading different spiritual books. I just hoarder Caroline Myss and Conversations with God Series when I get back from Brazil. I'm quite elated that I had enough stocks to fill my entire year! I'm still finding the right time to do this 10 day Vipassana Meditation. Hopefully, this year I'll be abe to ticked it off! 

Right now, I'm starting to learn intuitiveness. It was a bit daunting at first because it's pretty confusing. The paradigm shift was drastic and enormous considering most of it contradicts to my practices and beliefs for a while. I even seek for my spiritual coach guidance as I deeply delve into it. I started to understand that my reactions was relative to the common discrimination for women as emotional beings and that feelings are considered negative when in fact it was one of the best things in life. It was so liberating to finally appreciate woman instincts and feelings better by acknowledging and understanding it without self-judgement. It wasn't easy at all and it would take several practice to discern and differentiate feelings from emotions. I'm glad with my new found enjoyable and enlightening experiences which also reminded me of this powerful quote that I've encountered while reading Little Prince few years back. 

Amazing how synchronicity works at all times!
